Abu Shuraih Al-Khuza'i, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated:
The Prophet (May peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) observed:
He who believes in Allah and the Last Day should do good to his neighbor; and
He who believes in Allah and the Last Day should show hospitality to the guest; and
He who believes in Allah and the Last Day should either speak well or better remain silent.

'Abdullah bin 'Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated:
The Prophet observed:
Four characteristics make anyone, who possesses them, a sheer hypocrite; anyone who possesses one of them possesses a characteristic of hypocrisy till he abandons it:
When he talks he lies,
When he makes a covenant he acts treacherously,
When he gives a promise he breaks it,
And when he quarrels he deviates from the truth.
